The Border Directors are one of Northumberland's longest-established ceilidh bands. Their passion for the music of the North East of England and the Scottish Borders is brought to life by a unique combination of instruments, with the Northumbrian small pipes and Border pipes featuring alongside fiddle, accordion, guitar, mandola and bass guitar.
Equally at home in Northumberland or on foreign soil, the band has performed extensively throughout the UK and mainland Europe, taking the music of their region to a wider audience - from Fraserburgh to Frankfurt, Southport to Solingen, Stakeford to Strasbourg, and Gorfenletch to Fenrother!
