We’re devastated by the news of the death of Elaine Carter, who has been our main caller for most of the band’s existence. The shock was all the worse because Elaine ran things for our Burns Night dance at the Seaton Burn Holiday Inn – she was in very good form – just a couple of weeks before she passed away. Elaine was a great caller and will be greatly missed by us all.
